We stock some of the furniture you see in the catalogue in our store and sell it off the floor. Because each piece of furniture is available in all of the colors listed, we can not stock every variation. We will be happy to order any piece of furniture that is not available in the store. Many of the cabinets are available with panel doors, rustic tin panel doors or painted tin panel doors. We can provide you with specific information about a particular piece when you e-mail or call us to inquire about ordering.

Ordering a piece of furniture requires a 50% non refundable deposit and a wait time of 6-10 weeks.
Any Christmas orders should be placed by the third week of October. Any ordered after that will be provided if possible but will not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

We provide no standard shipping for any of the furniture at this time. We are aware of a moving company out of the Pittsburgh area that has delivered furniture to the states FL, TX and CA. This company delivers to these areas often and has been willing to add on extra pieces. We can share that information with you and you can contact them about shipping. We travel the east coast periodically, MA, MD, WV, NC, VA and GA and have often delivered furniture on our way. We are happy to discuss the possibilities with you of dropping something off if we are coming through or near your town.

Our local delivery policy is a $50.00 charge for anyone within a 30 mile radius and a $75.00 charge for anyone within a 60 mile radius. We try to be flexible so talk to us about your delivery needs.

We are unable to provide any changes to the standard sizes of the furniture.
